In fact, all of our bamboo products are shipped to you, directly from the manufacturer themselves which saves you both shipping time and money! Our goal is to keep bamboomod.com clean, modern and simple to use. This means we don't list every product out there. But if there is something you want to purchase from any of our manufactures we'll happily sell it to you for the best price guaranteed. How Can I Place an Order?
Ordering online is the easiest way to place an order on bamboomod. Browse are extensive selection of modern bamboo products. Find a product you'd like to buy and click "Add To Cart". Then, simply follow the instructions on the page. If you are ordering more than one product, use our add to cart feature! If there were any options, colors or upgrades that you missed, one of our custom service staff members will contact you either by email or phone. In-stock items are shipped 24-72 hours after we receive the order.
Can you ship to an APO Address?
At this time, we are unable to ship to APO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our products.
When will I be contacted to confirm my order?
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and are in the process of getting it to you!
When will I be contacted regarding the delivery?
Immediately after your order has shipped, we will email you with your shipping information. For large orders including freight shipping, our shipping company will call you prior to delivery to coordinate a convenient delivery time for you. Our freight orders ship curbside.
How do I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order ships we will email with your shipping information and tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order from our warehouse to your door step.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Instead of having a warehouse full of inventory and having only certain colors, sizes and makes in stock, we have partnered with the manufacturers directly to have them ship your bamboo products to you personally. This means that as long as there isn't a problem on the manufacturer's side, you can assume that all bamboo products listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship. If your item isn't in stock for whatever reason, we'll contact you via phone or email to discuss alternatives. If we can't find a happy alternative we'll happily refund 100% of your money.
The great news is since we are an authorized dealer for all the bamboo products we carry, you will receive full warranties for everything you buy. The even better news is since we deal directly with the manufacturer and have them ship directly to you, there are no middle men to get in the way. Warranty is displayed on each product page.
